Patmobil Ratrod - by Tomasz Jurczyk A model of a really existing vehicle constructed by Austrian hotrod builder Sepp. The car was built in Rat Rod style from the lowered body of a 1937 Ford Pickup, and probably on a chassis largely based on that model. A Czech airplane engine was used for propulsion (name here), and among other parts from old cars you can still recognize the "grill" from a Hudson Terraplane. I used some photos and a video as references, where you could probably see the most. I did not have any plans, blueprints (except for the engine) so to have a clear conscience I must advise against such action, it is not the best method. PATMOBIL - Haus of HotRod

Spring-powered car model. Toy, I had more than 20 years ago. But I remember how it looked quite accuratelisy. It was drived by spring. (Pull back car, to stretch the spring and go forward pretty fast) 1:50 or 1:64 scale. plastic body and chassis, rubber tires. That thing on the back was a jet engine. Spoiler was moving. It was bought in the U.S. in the late eighties. I do not remember whether it was Matchbox or not, but it was the most beautiful and the most favorite toy. I had to come up with some details Update! This is my 3D (Blender/cycles) version of Joe Benitez work : And it's important: no poser, daz, or any other base mesh or aquired objects were used. All mesh is modeled in Blender vertex by vertex. 522996 faces textures (Gimp and Krita were used) : face+skin: 3x (color, bump, glossy mix) 1536x1536 px leather+boots+metal 2048x2048 (grayscale, does everything from bump map to color ramp) hair 1024x1024 grayscale. pants 1024x1024, grayscale baked bumpmap Modeled and rigged in Blender, render: Cycles Rig is fully capable to animation She can close eyes, track eye target, open mouth and smile a bit .
